Hi, I’m a VBA developer and I have been working with VBA for nearly 25 years. If that doesnt give away my age nothing will. Most of that time was spent working as a freelancer, helping companies from all sectors and from all around the globe.
This blog is my attempt to catalogue and share some of what I have learned along the way. It is also an excuse to work on and develop VAB projects I have had on the back burner for too long.
I will also be looking at a variety of other stuff along the way.
Automation
The majority of the work I have done in VBA has been focused on automation, so we I will be covering things like Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and software like Power Automate.
Databases
To really get the most from VBA, you really need to be able to access and query databases. I will be looking at various methods to get the most from databases.
Tech in General
I’m a geek at heart so I will also be covering anything techy that takes my fancy.
Courses
Along the way I will also be trying to learn some new skills, and I will be sharing my progress here.
